EMV Compatible Chipped Debit Cards
Chipped debit cards were issued July 14, 2016! You should have received your new card in the mail. Your PIN number has NOT changed, however other information such as your expiration date and 3 digit CVC security code on the back HAS changed. Most online, reoccurring, or auto-payments set up will need to be updated with the new card information. The new chipped card WILL have to be used at an ATM to activate it before you use it elsewhere. As soon as the chipped card is activated, your old stripped card will be deactivated. Please destroy it as soon as you activate your new card.
Why use a chipped debit card?
EMV compatible chipped cards add an additional layer of security against debit card fraud. The embedded chip in the card is more difficult to fraudulently reproduce. This added layer of protection allows you to access your checking account in a more secure manner.
Looking for a more convenient way to access your accounts???
Our new App is available to download in the Google Play Store and Apple iTunes Store. The App is easy to download, easy to use, and a more efficient way to access your accounts, check your balances, transfer funds between accounts, monitor alerts, and pay bills.
How does it work???
Search "Farmers Bank of Milton" in the Google Play Store or Apple iTunes Store. Once you have located our App, download and sign in using the same User ID and Password as you currently use on your Online Banking. Once you have logged on using the App, you can better control which accounts you'd like to access via the App under the "Options" tab in our Online Banking.
Not currently enrolled in Online Banking???
The App will not work unless you are already enrolled as a user. If you have never enrolled, or have not accessed your Online Banking in the last 60 days, just click on "Enroll Now" and complete the enrollment process. Once you have successfully enrolled online, you will be able to login to the App.
Want to monitor your accounts via text message or e-mail alerts???
Our new Alert system allows you to receive alerts via text message, email, or online message. Setup which alerts you'd like to receive now on our Online Banking. Choose different alerts to let you know when a deposit hits your account, when your account reaches a designated balance, or that your loan payment is due.
Want the convenience to pay bills online???
BillPay is now new and improved! With our new BillPay system, you can pay all your bills via your Online Banking or the Farmers Bank of Milton App. To enroll, simply click any of your checking accounts on your Online Banking and the new "BillPay" tab will appear in the main menu bar. Once you have enrolled, BillPay can be accessed on the App under the "Payments" option located at the bottom of the screen.
Need help enrolling???
BillPay is very user-friendly and self explanatory but here are a couple tips! When enrolling for the first time, you must complete the "Onboarding" process. During this process you must successfully create at least one merchant and send at least one payment. Also, make sure to have all information about this merchant and your account with them ready. The BillPay system will ask you for the merchant's name, address, phone number, and your account number with that merchant. For more assistance enrolling, creating merchants, and paying bills please contact the BillPay Customer Service line between 7AM-1AM EST at 844-596-1308.

Did you know???
There are great advantages to using our Express Transfer feature in our Online Banking. Once you've signed in, just Click on the account from which you wish to transfer and then Click on the Transfer button. Click on Express Transfer and all of your accounts will be listed. Enter the amount you want to transfer into the box next to the account number and click Submit. Then Click OK to verify the transaction and you are done! This way, any transfer you make before 2:00 p.m. Eastern time will show on your account that same business day!
Remember: only use New Scheduled Transfers when you want to schedule recurring transfers for a future date. These will not show on your account that same business day.
