History

Farmers Bank of Milton has been serving customers since opening our doors on October 6, 1902.  We have continually sought to provide our customers with the finest service available. The bank is locally owned and managed by people who are interested in and care about our region.

"Community People You Know"

Since 2001 the Farmers Bank of Milton has been steadily increasing our services to the communities surrounding the small river town of our founding, Milton, Kentucky.  Communities like Carroll and Oldham Counties in Kentucky and Jefferson County, Indiana.

At Farmers Bank of Milton, we strive to offer the superior banking service our customers expect. Most importantly, we want to ensure that our experienced staff delivers these services in a friendly, efficient manner. We are proud to be a part of our communities and to participate in the growth and prosperity of our region.

We invite you to visit us at any time.

A customer once commented that “when you cross the border into Trimble County, you are entering a different time and place.  The people are friendlier, they just seem a little more caring and concerned about you.”  Stop at one of our local farmers markets, eat at one of our unique local restaurants and come visit what is unquestionably the friendliest and most helpful local bank in the region.
